This office building is divided into two formally different parts: the services zone between the ground and first floors, and the offices on the second and third floors surmounted by a movable sun protection cover. The services and offices zones are divided by an intermediate cover that, in the case of the lobby and conference room, projects in relation to the block above and is connected to the artificial hill located between the road in front and the building. The façade of the office zone comprises transparent modulated elements that have horizontal sunshields and filtering curtains towards the south. A pergola comprising prefabricated concrete elements surmounts the cover, and is equipped for refreshments and gatherings.
