OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL BUILDING Santa Giulia – Milano

This building aims to enhance both the functional and environmental quality of the site, redefining the front of Rogoredo railway station. An eight-story office building is situated above a food court. This design integrates green spaces, which include the ground-level entrance to the offices, a reception area, elevators, stairs, lobbies, and common areas. Two underground parking levels complement the complex, accommodating plant rooms and storage facilities.

The main section of the building houses offices within a distinctive volume, contributing to the overall lightness and plasticity of the complex. The building’s three-dimensional graphic presence is accentuated by a unique vertical sun protection module, which echoes the strong lines characteristic of architect Angelo Mangiarotti’s design for the Rogoredo station.
