The private residence building is laid down on a hill overlooking the city of Karkov. In terms of the building form, it is ruled by the overlapping of two elements of composition. The ground floor contains living room, study area, kitchen and service spaces, while the upper floor are areas and guests living rooms. The building is oriented towards the swimming pool and sunken into the ground. The second feature is represented by a suspended box which contains bedrooms and washrooms. The composition is held by the principles of passive sustainability to which, the main facades of the building are protected by porches or by shading devices. The materials used for the façade and for the building are of natural type. The entire living environment is further enriched by lush greenery and the extensive selection of local plants.
