UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The project is proposed as a contemporary element that fits in with the context of the surrounding architectural emergencies.
Specifically, its pure form intend to make the building belong to the compositional grammar dictated by the rationalism of the Villa Caudano designed by architect Gino Levi Montalcini in 1937.
Their light-colored facades gave rise to the reconstruction, also connected to the generous geometries of the new windows that emphasize their importance.
The same light color joined to the dark components of the base and top, find an historical and formal reference in the nearby Villa Rubini and in the house-studio of the sculptor Mastroianni designed in 1954 by the architect Venturelli. This last work also provided the inspiration for the sloping surfaces of the roof and the gable: both born from the de-materialization of the roof in a pure summit cusp.
