HEADQUARTER NOVOLI Firenze

‘Headquarter Novoli’ is the largest urban redevelopment project in the Municipality of Florence. The new office complex will accommodate 1,300 workstations, meeting rooms, dining services, as well as an auditorium and a foyer. The architecture is characterized by two large, light-colored, mineral-shaped volumes with glazed openings, defining a wide internal green space that includes outdoor seating areas centered around an open amphitheater. The external envelope, consisting of cellular facades, features a ventilated exterior cladding completed with glass parapets.
